- Businesses on YUPiTi upload their own photos, videos and files. If something infringes your work, tell us and we'll act fast.
- Send the notice to our designated agent below.
- We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
1. Our designated agent
YUPiTi (Veneko Media LLC) has a designated agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512:
- Name: Copyright Agent, Veneko Media LLC, Copyright Agent, Veneko Media LLC
- Email: hello@yupiti.app (subject: DMCA notice)
- Mail: [Mailing address — add the one used for the DMCA agent registration]
- Phone: [Phone — add before publishing]
2. What to include in a notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (or a list, if several).
- The material you want removed and where it is (the exact link or page).
- Your name, address, phone and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages, so please only send a notice if you're sure.
3. What happens next
We review every complete notice, remove or disable access to the material when appropriate, and let the business that posted it know.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have the right to use it, send our agent a counter-notice with: your signature; the material that was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person tells us they have filed a lawsuit, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
